The Ayurvedic Medicinal Garden
The property's Ayurvedic garden is home to 40+ medicinal plants — each identified with its Sanskrit name, Malayalam name, and traditional use. This is not a decorative garden. Every plant has a classical Ayurvedic application documented in the Ashtanga Hridayam and Charaka Samhita.
Each morning, your host walks guests through the garden — explaining the plants, their stories, and their uses. It is a 20-minute living classroom that stays with guests for life.

Treatments
Traditional Ayurvedic Treatment Room
The retreat has a dedicated Ayurvedic treatment room with a traditional wooden massage droni (table). Treatments are performed by a trained local Ayurvedic practitioner using authentic classical oils — including Vaidyaratnam Dhanwantaram, Ksheerabala, and Murivenna.
Treatments available include Abhyanga (full-body oil massage), Shirodhara (forehead oil stream), Padabhyanga (foot and leg massage), and Nasyam (nasal oil therapy). Booking in advance is required.
